Subprocessors
The third parties that may process customer data on Odyssey's behalf.
Core subprocessors
Vercel Inc. — application hosting, serverless functions, scheduled jobs and web analytics. Processes all application traffic.
Neon, Inc. — managed PostgreSQL database. Stores the Customer's tickets, directory, device, custody, remote-access and audit records.
Clerk, Inc. — authentication and user management. Processes sign-in identifiers (work email) and session data.
GitHub, Inc. — hosts Odyssey's source code, runs the build pipelines that produce the remote-access agent installer and gateway image, and stores the gateway container images in its registry. GitHub does not receive Customer data.
Not used for Customer hubs
Brevo — used only for the consultation request form on Odyssey's own website. Brevo is not used to run, host or store any Customer's hub or data.
Optional subprocessors (only when the Customer enables the feature)
Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Graph / Microsoft 365) — reads and sends mail for the ticket inbox and reads the device directory, using the Customer's own tenant and app registration.
Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, proxy or tunnel in front of the Remoat gateway, if the Customer chooses to publish the gateway through Cloudflare.
